My stay at Riad Amina was a mixed bag. On the upside, the beautiful decor and incredibly friendly staff made me feel right at home. The location was pretty decent for accessing the old town, but I did have a couple of hiccups with airport transport arrangements and some minor issues with the room. Overall, it was a nice experience, especially thanks to the delicious breakfasts and the warm atmosphere.

Rooms
6.0
My room was comfortable and nicely decorated, but some crowding issues arose when traveling with others as we were situated in separate buildings.
Service
6.0
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Fatiha, who gave me a warm welcome. However, there were significant problems with the reception staff's responsiveness, particularly concerning my transfers.
Location
7.0
The Riad is well-placed near the souks, making it convenient for exploring. However, finding it can be tricky at night, and it might feel a bit chaotic outside.
Dining

Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and I appreciated that they served alcohol, which isn't always easy to find in Marrakech.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities included a cozy dining area and a spa; however, I wouldn't recommend the spa services as my experience was not great.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Riad Amina. While I appreciated the friendly staff and delicious breakfasts, I encountered significant issues with my room, including a bed bug problem that was unfortunately not addressed adequately. The location was decent, close to the souks, which made exploring easy. Overall, despite some highlights, I left feeling disappointed due to the room conditions.

Rooms
5.0
My room was unfortunate as it had a bed bug infestation, which really affected my comfort during my stay. Additionally, the furniture was misleading compared to the photos, and the overall size didn’t match expectations.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area and always willing to assist. However, I felt their response to the room issues wasn’t as proactive as I would have liked.
Location
8.0
I appreciated the location of Riad Amina, positioned conveniently near the main attractions and the bustling souks. It felt like an oasis amid the city chaos, allowing for easy exploration.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite nice, featuring a mix of pastries and fresh orange juice. Though it was a sweet breakfast included each morning, it did get a bit repetitive over my stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities included room service and other amenities, I didn't get the impression they were well maintained, which could have enhanced my experience significantly.

7.2/10

I spent five nights at Riad Amina and found it to be a beautiful escape amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere encouraged socializing with other travelers. However, the location was a bit tricky, and my experience with booking tours through the Riad was disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean and well-maintained, but it had a musty smell and lacked proper ventilation. I also felt it was quite far from the main building where everyone gathered.
Service
6.0
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and eager to assist. However, I had a frustrating experience with the reception staff regarding transportation arrangements.
Location
6.0
The Riad is located near the edge of the medina, making it relatively accessible. though navigating the narrow, unmarked alleys was challenging, and I often felt a bit lost.
Dining
6.0
The food was quite good but a bit pricey. Breakfast felt repetitive, and service could be slow when ordering meals during other times.
Facilities
5.0
I appreciated the serene environment and the small pool area, but some facilities could use improvements. My experience at the spa was underwhelming, with no real warmth in the treatment room.

Riad Amina offered a truly enchanting stay in Marrakech, with its beautiful traditional architecture and attentive service. The rooftop terrace was a perfect retreat, especially during the midday sun, though I encountered a few issues regarding parking upon arrival. Overall, the peaceful vibes and warm hospitality made my trip nice, and I would certainly revisit. ☀️

My junior suite was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Although it lacked a full body mirror, it met my needs well for the price. The historic charm of the building really added to the experience.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with mint tea and sweet treats. They provided great suggestions for local attractions and even assisted with my luggage despite a small hiccup regarding parking.
Location
8.0
Located in the old district, the Riad was just a short walk to the medina and nearby cafés. The narrow streets leading to it added a sense of adventure to my arrival, though the area felt a bit deprived at times.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed good Moroccan breakfasts and freshly prepared dinners in the beautifully decorated salon. The rooftop dining was lovely, though I would have appreciated a few more savory options.
Facilities
9.0
With a good range of facilities including room service and a rooftop pool, I could easily relax after exploring the city. The spa services were also a highlight, especially the hammam and massage.

My stay at Riad Amina was filled with warm hospitality, although there were a few hiccups. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience special, especially during breakfast, which was always delicious. However, my room had some issues that detracted from the overall experience, particularly its unique but rustic layout and minimal space. Despite these concerns, I enjoyed the location and the quaint charm of the Riad.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in room 1, which was adjacent to the courtyard. It had a unique shape but felt a bit cramped due to limited space for my belongings. The room included air conditioning but had issues with the heating upon arrival. The rustic design and small bathroom may not appeal to everyone.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. I appreciated their attentiveness, especially when I needed assistance early in the morning for excursions.
Location
8.0
Located about a 15-minute walk from the bustling Jamaa El F’na market, I found Riad Amina nicely tucked away in a labyrinth of alleys. While the surrounding area can seem a bit rundown, the Riad itself is a peaceful retreat from the city chaos.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, offering a rich variety of traditional Moroccan dishes served warmly. I also enjoyed the meals I had at the Riad, which were fairly priced and delicious.
Facilities
7.0
The Riad offers a rooftop terrace with a pool, providing a nice spot to cool down. While the Wi-Fi was a bit weak for heavy use, it sufficed for light browsing. There are also options for room service and local tours.
